He was up front and honest - this was far and away the most transparent experience I have ever had in terms of price, options, etc. He worked with us to find the exact model with the exact features I wanted. My experience with Marque was great. He was very nice, helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. We did and continue to have an issue finding the title to the vehicle I have helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. I believe it will be taken care of very soon but it does reflect on my overall experience as I bought a car that I cannot drive right away and it is very disappointing. So I rated overall experience as "good" versus "great" due to this issue and not due Marque or any other employee I met and worked with in the purchase of this vehicle. More

Marque is always very helpful, answers all your questions, and provides additional information that he feels you need to make your decision. Sometimes buying another vehicle given the situation I found myself with Toyota can be unpleasant. The Employees at this dealership made my exprience very pleasant and because of their professionalism an found myself with Toyota can be unpleasant. The Employees at this dealership made my exprience very pleasant and because of their professionalism and understanding with the problems I had with my 2010 Siena ( bad Engine and less than 5000 miles) , I upgraded to a 2011 Siena. Now I feel very comfortable with this vehicle and would drive it on any trip. The 2010 was not repaired at this Dealership, maybe things would have turned out diferently if they did the repair. More

My family has also purchased three additional cars through Marque and would ONLY return to him if we were to purchase another. My family and I drive almost 40 miles each way (passing up at least 2 other Toyota dealers) just to deal with him and or the service staff at this dealership. Marque has consistently gone above and beyond on all my purchases and I would never go anywhere else. More
