I brought my car to the Osteem dealer's Subaru shop for repairs, changed the axles, and did the brakes, oil change, and a complimentary tire rotation and fluid check. They are supposed to do the general in repairs, changed the axles, and did the brakes, oil change, and a complimentary tire rotation and fluid check. They are supposed to do the general inspection with tire rotation, checking, and filling the fluids. It was not a cheap fix; it cost me basically what you can pay for the down payment of a car lease. I was provided with a nice Forester 2025 car while my car was being repaired. To my surprise, when I received the car, it was not clean, no car wash was done, nor was a complimentary car wash offered, and 2 days later, my windshield fluid was empty. I do not know if all the other fluids were checked or if my oil change was done properly. This is why I prefer to bring my vehicle for service to Subaru Tallahassee or Macon instead of Valdosta. If they do not even care for what is supposed to be cared for, customer service fell below Subaru standards, despite being polite and friendly. More
