Evertime I arrive at this dealership for service it's a quick no hassle check in. My car is always returned to me personally not only that but the service representative is holding the door open for me lik quick no hassle check in. My car is always returned to me personally not only that but the service representative is holding the door open for me like I was some sort of Royalty. Thanks Again for the no hassle service and a Bright Shiney Washed Car. My car loves it when I bring it here because it knows it's going home cleaner than when it came. More

Wait was way longer then I was told. I asked for an update and was told 30 min and everything would be done including my check engine light. Turns out the 30 minutes was for nothing and I asked for an update and was told 30 min and everything would be done including my check engine light. Turns out the 30 minutes was for nothing and they asked for another 2 hr. I had to go to work so the problem still isn’t solved and have to go back for another appointment. My other Kia dealer gives me a loaner car if it takes over 2 hrs. This dealer couldn’t even offer a shuttle. I asked for a loaner for the up coming appointment and was told no again. So customer service at this Kia dealer is non-existent to say in few words. I will be buying out of the area when it comes to getting a new Kia. We will see if this next appointment is any better. More

Staff was very good but the dealership computer system is lacking and needs to be upgraded or replaced.. Staff was clearly frustrated with this difficult system.
