They always get the car in when they say. They go over what will be done and how long it will be. Waiting room is clean and comfortable always coffee and water available and along with popcor They go over what will be done and how long it will be. I went in to have my inspection done, I have never had any issues with this location up until this last appointment. I brought my car in to have inspection done as well as check and see why my airbag ligh any issues with this location up until this last appointment. I brought my car in to have inspection done as well as check and see why my airbag light was on. The inspection ended up not being done there as the prices that they gave me were not affordable as a college student. So I chose to shop around for more affordable prices, once they returned my car to me I realized that the inspection sticker had been removed and when I questioned the worker about it he told me that according to New York State law they are required to remove inspection stickers that are expired. Now this is totally understandable except my inspection sticker wasn’t expired for another three days. I explained this to him and he tried telling me my inspection sticker had expired in July (which is complete bs because I drive my car daily to clinical, school, preceptorship and lab and if it expired that would not be possible to do without being pulled over or receiving fines) and asked me to provide proof.I should not have had to but I did email my proof from nys dmv stating when inspection was due. This worker never reached back out to apologize or offer a resolution. Will never go back to this location. More

Not happy with the service at all. Scheduled an appointment for a recall and when we got there the service dept asked us if they had the part for the recall. You have to be kidding! Still waiting for a call back to schedule another appointment to address the recall issue. Not impressed with the service dept. no one answers the phone to boot. More
