In the beginning phone call were not returned in a timely manner despite leaving several messages that my car was disabled. Then I was given an appointment for two weeks away to get it looked at. I feel like I was robbed by the service department for 1100 for oil change hood latch cable and 4 light bulbs . Really then drop the rental off only to get a call an hour later that it was damaged and the 1100 for oil change hood latch cable and 4 light bulbs . Excellent service experience. I forgot my mask and the team kindly provided one for me :). After that they were very good about communication throughout the entire process. The service department is not very good at all. My car was towed twice for the same reason and it was never fixed the first time. It was towed a second time 15 minutes after I picked it up from the first was towed twice for the same reason and it was never fixed the first time. It was towed a second time 15 minutes after I picked it up from the first tow. No communication on when it would be done. No loaner car offered and they kept it 11 days. Stock answers given. Very poor service. Avoid this dealership at all cost. More
