My vehicle was not repaired properly and resulted in a massive oil leak. The dealership would not tow the vehicle and Kia roadside would not tow on the weekend if at was at your home. Finally Monday after massive oil leak. The dealership would not tow the vehicle and Kia roadside would not tow on the weekend if at was at your home. Finally Monday afternoon the vehicle arrived and the problem was dismissed in a nasty voicemail. I attempted to speak to someone about the issue and no one would return my call. Went out of my way to go there to get answers and was told to come back the next day as they were still looking at the vehicle. No loaner was offered. Finally the improper repair was admitted to and over the next week I called to get updates, but the dealership could not be bothered to return my calls. My vehicle never leaked oil until now. Still has a small leak, but cannot depend on them to fix. Worst experience ever, will not be back. The staff needs some intensive training. More
