Fast and friendly! Service was supposed to take 70 minutes, I was out in under 30! These people work hard and the service they provide is great and friendly. Embergency flat tire It was 4:50pm and had just pulled into my garage when i heard a hissing. So I pulled out and there it was, a nail in my right rear tire and you could It was 4:50pm and had just pulled into my garage when i heard a hissing. So I pulled out and there it was, a nail in my right rear tire and you could hear the hissing. With my husband yelling at me to come in for dinner, I knew I had to immediate get this tire fixed because of a busy schedule the following day. When I pulled into the service bay, got out and was standing by the bad tire. One of the gentleman came up to my and I explained the situation. He looked around and then named about 3 Service Managers that will assist me and he left. Then I told him, there was 20 pounds of pressure left in the tire and if someone wants to be changing a tire in the service area, that was their choice. Immediately Marshall Moore came up and started working on my situation. I had the road hazard on my tires. Then he went in search of a tire. It was almost to the point, it would take a couple of days when a tire would come in, but somehow he managed to find a tire. An hour later, the tire was replaced and I was on the way home! I cannot thank Marshall Moore enough for helping me. When you work in the Service Industry, it is so important to provide excellent service. That is what makes customers come back! More
