Great--Helpful--Friendly A rating from me I find Martin helpful, patient and informative. I had to leave a couple of message on voice and he responded and was able to fulfill the request for I find Martin helpful, patient and informative. I had to leave a couple of message on voice and he responded and was able to fulfill the request for service for me. I had a change in my schedule and he handled it so things worked smoothly for me. I could dread going in to the dealer for service but I find the staff there friendly and helpful. It also helps that I have the type of personality to speak and smile and find that most of the staff respond with a smile. Flo is helpful when answering the phone and James Rice in the parts department always greet with a friendly smile.
