A high level of professionalism and customer service Ryan lapierre listened attentively to my needs and my last bad experience with my previous auto dealer. He quickly educated me with details and was prepared for all questions asked of him. Ryan communicated documents necessary to secure the deal. Made me feel comfortable like I was not bothering with all my concerns. He then delivered the car driven by Martin, who continued my experience in a positive manner. He described every ounce of my car with clear direction. He was positive and calming as my anxiety was bordered because of my precious experience which caused me to loose trust in a quality dealership.
