We worked closely with Martin Quinones and Ryan Lapierre. Both were extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout all points of the transaction. Ryan was excellent to work with and laid out the different options to purchase/lease the vehicle. He answered all of our questions and helped us make an informed decision that was the best option for our family. Martin did an excellent job throughout the entire sales process. He was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its bells and whistles. He spent a number of hours showing my wife the demo model a few months ago to make sure she was comfortable. On the day that we got our new vehicle, Martin delivered it to our house which saved us time and effort. He also spent about two hours with our family walking us through everything with the vehicle. In summary, I honestly could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Our family is very happy with the new vehicle. I can't wait to pay it off so that I can start thinking about getting a new SUV for myself! Thanks again to Martin & Ryan for an outstanding experience. I will (and have already) shared our experience with family and friends and would strongly recommend they go to Gates if they're looking for a new vehicle. Amazing experience I have been doing business with the Gate's family of dealerships for many years. They always exceed my expectation. I purchased my third Denali last I have been doing business with the Gate's family of dealerships for many years. They always exceed my expectation. I purchased my third Denali last week from Martin Quinones. Martin did a great job with my delivery. He assisted me with transferring my personal belongings into the new vehicle and spent the good part of an hour showing me the new features of the vehicle, including the GMC application on my cellular telephone. We had such great service when we first bought from them: They made sure to listen to us, get our feedback on what we wanted and didn't want, they made sure to answer all of our questions regarding buying a car and how to use it, and there were so many little details to their customer service that it made the whole car buying experience a pleasant surprise! Each time we brought the car in for service we were surprised to experience great customer service from each employee that we worked with. All the workers greet you with a smile and say hello, they walk you through everything and are sure to answer any questions that you have about anything, and the waiting area is awesome (especially the coffee machine!) We've enjoyed our experiences with Gates so much that we chose to get another lease with them. Again, the experience was smooth and each employee that we worked with greeted us with smiles and made sure to answer all of our questions. The facilities are beautiful and clean, even the garage where they work on the cars! More
