We were treated well, and we never felt pressured or like there were gimmicks involved. Martin was an excellent sales representative, offered his genuine help and interest, treated us well, never pressured us, and walked us through the whole process. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, personable, and made us feel comfortable. We had done quite a bit of internet research on the Nissan Rogue, including price points at other area dealers, but we ended up buying our new car here because we felt so comfortable. The manager at Gates helped us with dealer/manufacturer incentives, offered us a great deal (better than prices we had seen from other dealers), and presented a range of financing options to make it work. Everyone was friendly and helpful through the whole process--the sales representatives, managers, and the finance team. I highly recommend Gates. More
