Hats off to Earnest in detailing and as always my service advisor Kathy. Both do a fantastic job. I do have to say tho I am VERY disappointed to learn that TCL has increased the car detailing rate 180% over advisor Kathy. Both do a fantastic job. I do have to say tho I am VERY disappointed to learn that TCL has increased the car detailing rate 180% over the current cost. I have always been a loyal LEXUS customer up til this point have never haggled over pricing with TCL who has always handled all my service needs. I know times are tough and I do understand costs of services are subject to increase but such a dramatic increase leaves me no choice but to shop around for future services. More
