Howard received us right from the entrance with a big and warm smile. He immediately made us feel welcome and home. I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. In fact, i bought my car there and the transaction was amazing. Treasure Coast has always been polite and easy to work with, but their schedulers need a lesson in customer service! More

Beware of the Lexus TX 350! My brand new 2026 vehicle with less than 1,300 miles, exhibits significant hood flutter at highway speeds 60-70 MPH, which is visually distracting a My brand new 2026 vehicle with less than 1,300 miles, exhibits significant hood flutter at highway speeds 60-70 MPH, which is visually distracting and poses a safety concern while driving. Despite three separate repair attempts at this dealership, the defect has not been resolved. Treasure Coast Lexus informed me that the continued fluttering is normal and nothing further can be done to correct this issue. This is a known issue across the Lexus TX lineup and that a related Technical Service Bulletin (L-SB-0013-25) was issued in February 2025 for the GX 550, which shares the same hood construction. If you buy the TX 350, this obvious defect will never be completely repaired and Treasure Coast Lexus will not honor their commitment to you or their vehicles. More
