Recently we purchased a Tahoe LT and the Sales Associate and selection process was fine. Then when it came to doing the purchase contract things kind of fell apart. We needed to wait close to an hour to sit and selection process was fine. Then when it came to doing the purchase contract things kind of fell apart. We needed to wait close to an hour to sit down with someone in finance. Once we did sit down with him things picked up except for all the interuptions. That kind of mad us feel like our purchase wasn't all that important. Lets jump to our appointment for the first oil change and the time remaning warning display on the instrument panel. The service advisor was quick at checking us in but due to scheduling we were going to leave the vehicle. His response was that we would just need to rent a car even tough we had be told by sales that Findlay would provide a loaner. We were then told that wasn't an option so we would need to rent a car. ge then directed us to the Enterprise deck and provided no other assistance. We were finally able to rent a vehicle. All of this is pretty lousy customer service considering we had just purchased a new 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe from their dealership for a price north of $70,000, so no I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from them. Oh, it was also never mentioned that we would need to take care of all of the licensing details directly with DMV, a process that on all of my previous vehicle purchases have been done by the dealership. The entire Findlay Team was beyond knowledgeable, professional, helpful and patient. 5 STARS seems way too low of a rating for my experience. Sam Litman (sales) defines knowledgeable professional, professional, helpful and patient. 5 STARS seems way too low of a rating for my experience. Sam Litman (sales) defines knowledgeable professional, listening and leading a totally positive experience from the showroom initial visit thru delivery and beyond. Martrell Fantroy (Finance) was exceptionally helpful in explaining and verifying service maintenance plan options in simple terms. If you are looking to purchase a Chevrolet, Findlay is the Place.
