We came in wanting a specific vehicle, and in the course of the transaction, went with a totally different vehicle. Marty Martinez was extremely patient, worked with us and got us the vehicle. Had the pleasure of meeting Marty Martinez when my friend Andy Carranza referred me to Northside Ford to look at Mustangs and Ford F150s. I wasn't quit sure what I wanted to buy but I was going to buy since Andy Carranza referred me to Northside Ford to look at Mustangs and Ford F150s. I wasn't quit sure what I wanted to buy but I was going to buy since my husband was buying me whatever I wanted as a birthday gift. Marty was very patient and took the time to explain everything about the 2012 Mustang's then he took me to look at the Ford F150s which he didn't need to explain since that is what I already drive. As we were looking at the F150s I saw the black truck that I liked. He worked out a good deal and at the price and monthly payments I liked. That evening when we went in to sign the paperwork everything was as we had agreed no changes were made and my husband signed the contract and I drove off with my 2012 Tuxedo Black Ford F150 I was very happy and so was my husband. I will return to Northside Ford and to Marty Martinez and I will refer my family and friends to them. Thank You Northside Ford and Marty Martinez I am a very happy and satisfied customer. More

I contacted Northside Ford via the internet. I received a response almost immediately. Although there was a delay in my visiting the dealership (work commitments), Northside Ford met me immediately on the a response almost immediately. Dino Urdliales was the gentleman with whom I corresponded via email. I called and he was not at the dealiership at the time I wished to meet him. Dino told me that Marty Martinez would help me and Mr. Martinez most certainly did. Mr. Martinez was incredibly charming, calm, completely NOT pushy in the slightest, patient and accommodating. Mr. Martinez is affable and accessible, and I'm glad I was able to work with him. Out of years of practice, I call him Mr. Martinez as a sign of respect. He always asked me to call him Marty! Northside Ford is huge, comfortable, and inviting. A highlight was getting to meet Tony Franklin! Both Mr. Franklin and Mr. Martinez answered every conceivable question we had and thensome. I purchased a Ford Edge and Mr. Martinez went to great lengths to find the precise vechicle I wanted. I waited for the vehicle to arrive from Houston, and it was completely worth the wait. When it arrived, Mr. Martinez ensured that I understood every element of it. In fact, I drove back to Northside Ford later that evening with some questions on my Sync options and Mr. Martinez walked me into his office and we researched it on his office computer. Mr. Martinez did not indicate in the least that he was inconvenienced by this whatsoever. THAT is service. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Northside Ford. Mr. Martinez explained that once the car leaves the lot, the relationship does not end. He truly treated us like a part of the group, and we will return in the future as needed. More

I called him, let him know what I was interested in trading/buying, he researched, he found it and that was pretty much it.I do realized that I'm a simple customer because I dont have to be sold on anything or shop that much. This was my third FX4 truck. That given, the purchase was smooth and easy and I spent probably a total of 4 hours at the dealership. My vehicle was brought in from another dealership out of town and I really appreciate Marty searching to find me what I really wanted. Its a beautiful truck and I will be back to Marty in another 4 years for another one! More
