I was very specific on the vehicle my husband and I were to purchase. Northside Ford had the only vehicle, with the specific features we wanted in the entire state of Texas. I called Northside Ford, spoke with Marty, he walked to the vehicle with me on the phone to verify that the vehicle was there on the lot and it had all the features we wanted. We drove in, traded in our old Explorer and got our new Expedition within hours. (this was after 2 months of calling all over Texas searching for this vehicle). Marty was straight to the point and pulled no punches. It was a pleasure not only walking into their incredible showroom, but also dealing with Marty himself. We had previously dealt with other salesman at different dealerships that only wanted to sell us what they had on the lot and would not look for the vehicle we did want. Thanks Marty! Oh, and the credit department was also incredible. Very knowledgeable and we ended up with a better financing rate through them. I would have to say just walking into this dealership is worlds apart from others. More

After looking at a new car at the San Marcos dealership, I sent quote requests to four dealers in the area (2-Austin, 1-San Marcos and 1-San Antonio). Northside Ford was the first and only response when I checked the next morning and they gave me the information I requested, not some automated garbage. I later received a phone call and we discussed what I was looking for. Marty Martinez, the salesman told me it would require ordering the car and building it to my specifications and exactly how much it would cost over invoice. This allowed me to modify my request to build exactly the car I wanted and stay within my price range. At first I was skeptical of all of the positive reviews for Northside Ford at this website. However, I made an appointment to test drive a similar car on the lot and we ordered the car that I wanted. I did not get pressured into buying something already available on the lot. I was patience and waited for it to arrive and there were no suprises with the price at the end. It was a very pleasant experience, no haggling or negotiating. For my next car purchase, I think I will go same route. It was a no BS experience. Also, the day I received my car I got to walk around "the complex". I think they are probably well equipped to work on and make any repairs in the future. Hopefully, I will not find out for some time. More
