Marty was very patient and showed us several trucks over a couple of weeks. He understood what our goal was for a new trucks and worked to find one that met all our needs. Marty Martinez was very helpful in providing the best customer service possible. I was looking for a Ford Fusion Hybrid, and thought about going to Northside Ford. I checked them out over their website and had entered some information there. Jason quickly contacted me and kept in touch going to Northside Ford. I checked them out over their website and had entered some information there. Jason quickly contacted me and kept in touch about once a week, while I shopped around for which model of the Fusion I wanted. One day, without notice, I walked in and was immediately greeted by folks there, and shown to Jason's office, whom was working later in the day, so I met up with Marty Martinez. Marty took over for Jason until Jason arrived later, so Marty and I went and did a test drive. The car has a lot of technical features, including the navigation system, satellite radio, the backup camera, SYNC, etc., and Marty went over some of the highlights of all the features. By then, Jason had come into work, and I got to meet him. I left shortly after. Once my finances were firmed up, which took a couple of weeks, I called to make an appointment with Jason and told him I was coming to buy a car. I was a few minutes early to my appointment, but Jason was there, ready to go. We went and picked out which car I wanted, did a once over to make sure everything was ok, and then went for a test drive on surface streets. We returned to the dealership to start the paperwork. The paperwork portion was the most pleasant I've experienced. We didn't talk price or haggle, but I went in with a set limit, which was below MSRP. I figured I'd have to haggle when the purchase order was drawn up, but the price on the purchase order was well below my limit. Jason then got the ball rolling on getting the car ready while I went over to settle up with the financial guy (sorry, don't remember his name, but he was very nice and respectful too), and then back to Jason's office for a detailed explanation of the manuals, the SYNC system, and then out to the car for hands on explanation of all the features of the car. Jason made sure that we got an antenna for the radio before letting me leave the lot. Jason, Marty, and others treated me with respect and professionalism which can be rare today. They were very patient with showing the car, especially on the day I showed up unannounced. Jason kept up in contact with me, not pressuring me to come in or anything like that, but just a friendly, "hey, we're still here when you want to come and look or buy cars." I look forward to giving Northside my business again in the future. More

I really enjoyed my experience with Northside Ford. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Jason and Marty did a great job finding me exactly what I wanted and responded fantastically to all my questions and concerns. Unlike other dealerships, I never felt pressured. I was upfront that I was just looking the first time I went to look at Escapes and never felt like I was being pushed into anything like with other dealerships. I will definitely recommend Northside Ford to friends and will pass along Marty and Jason’s information. More

I went into North Side to trade my truck in for a bigger truck. I bought my F150 extended Cab from Wayne and Marty last year and thought it was big enough at the time, however after about 6 months we discov truck. I bought my F150 extended Cab from Wayne and Marty last year and thought it was big enough at the time, however after about 6 months we discovered it just didn't fit our needs, so I call Wayne and explained my issue to him. Wayne explained to me then that it would be best if I waited until I had the truck for at least a year. So we waited for a year. When I came in I explained to Marty what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. We did all of the paperwork on Saturday however the banks were already closed. When I came in on Monday Wayne helped me find the perfect truck for me, it fit all of my needs and then some. North Side Ford went to bat for me with Ford Motor Credit and got me financed with the best possible deal out there for me. I would like to thank them all for doing such a great job and making the customer there number one priority. More

Marty was very patient with us. He let us test drive a couple of vehicles. He took his time explaining the differences of each vehicle and spent a lot of time showing us all the "bells and whistles". Why I gave the rating I have given, is because I have never had a bad experience with Northside Ford. My sales person Marty Martinez (a very down to earth, easy to talk to and friendly person) is the bes never had a bad experience with Northside Ford. My sales person Marty Martinez (a very down to earth, easy to talk to and friendly person) is the best, he takes his time to make sure we get what we want and are sadisfied with what we purchase. He makes the whole experience of buying a new car as easy on us as possible. The service department at Northside Ford is also great, everyone is so friendly. One time I needed something corrected on a repair and although I could not get there before they closed Dan waited there for me to make sure the problem was corrected. I will ever forget that. Northside Ford and Marty Martinez ROCK. More
