Laura Arellano did the original "finding" me and she was terrific too. Then I was turned over to Marty McGlothlin for the "negotiations". He was straightforward and upfront about everything. The online information was exceptional too. The vehicle was in my price range, and it met my special needs (space for carrying a hunting bird in winter). I was pretty sure from the photos and information online, so I was probably an "easy sell". The whole process took about a day from first onsite visit to trade-in to driving home with the new vehicle. Thanks, see you again in about 10 years! ;) More
