I've been a car nut since I was a boy and my parents would take us on car rides as kids. One of my happiest days in life was the first time I drove my own car to school (66 Mustang). My passion in the car business is helping people find and purchase the right car for them. My personal interests are cars motorcycles pop culture and music. Second time taking the car in for transmission problems. 1st time the entire transmission needed replaced (under warranty). Now having same problems, less than three years later. First time they took three months to get transmission replaced. Even though I am having the same problems, dealer will not provide a loaner and pay for the loaner. Car has been sitting there all week untouched. My Subaru experience has been poor the entire 4 years I have owned the car. More

I had previously worked with another sales associate at BRS who was not the best to work with, and BRS made sure I had a good experience. I then worked with Jordan Shillings who was incredible to work with BRS who was not the best to work with, and BRS made sure I had a good experience.
