Overall, positive experience! We needed to buy a car and initially were not pursuing a new car purchase. We were confident that we were going to purchase another (our 3rd) Honda Accord. The Sales Manager was personable and worked out a fair price for our trade-in and for a new 2020 Honda Accord. Our Sales Rep, Marvin Camper was excellent! Marvin located our new car, had it prepped and processed the paperwork all within about 24 hours. He made us aware of the differences among all of the Honda Accord models and made sure we understood the features of our new car, which he helped program. It is evident that Marvin wants your business and to find you the right car, not just try to sell to you. Recommend the Finance Department not push the extended warranty so hard, which was exhausting and unexpected towards the end of our transaction. Overall, a positive experience with Leith Honda! More
