Marvin Clayton went above and beyond explaining why the tire rotation would be a better move due to lots of miss information from another Audi Dealer (Shreveport). I was happy with the in-depth discussion tire rotation would be a better move due to lots of miss information from another Audi Dealer (Shreveport). I was happy with the in-depth discussion and will schedule future services with Audi Dallas. However, it did take longer to get service completed than what was projected, but still I was very happy overall. Thank you. More

Just wanted to write and thank everyone at Audi of Dallas for their superb customer service. My Service Advisor Marvin always provides me excellent service and meets or exceeds any timeline he sets. Tire Rotation & Balance I was in on 10/26/19 for a tire rotation and balance. My advisor is Marvin. I always have a pleasant experience with Marvin. It appeared that he wa I was in on 10/26/19 for a tire rotation and balance. My advisor is Marvin. I always have a pleasant experience with Marvin. It appeared that he was the only one working that day. Not only were his regular customers there it appeared that new customers were being referred to him as well. I think there needs to be more help. I saw other advisors around that did not appear as busy. I just don't think it's fair to have Marvin running around and others not so much. I can say that although it was crazy busy Marvin handled every customer with ease. I am usually not a person to complain much but my service took a really long time. I was there for 3 hours. Again, this may have been because it was a Saturday and Saturdays are generally busy but that was unacceptable. Again, maybe there should have been more staff. More
