Excellent client service! Audi Dallas service center is simply the best. I will change my 10 year old Audi in the next 6 months. Although the offer in the market is diverse pla Audi Dallas service center is simply the best. I will change my 10 year old Audi in the next 6 months. Although the offer in the market is diverse plan to stay with an Audi. The main reason is their Service Center in Dallas. They build brand loyalty with their excellent service. My service advisor goes above and beyond taking care of my car. Thank you! More

As usual, Marvin responded in minutes, found a slot and got me in. Marvin is an all-star and is hands down the best brand representative I have encountered. I waited for my car while it was being serviced and was out within an hour. While I didn't have my receipt in hand when I left, it was emailed to me before I got back home. A+ More

Few Concerns Staff could be more friendly in ALl departments, Marvin was great as always and very attentive. Complimentary car wash was the worse, car was dirty! I did notice a few new stratches after getting my car back, not a good sign! I will do a thorough walk around before leaving site in future! More

Recall experience Positive experience. They called to let me know of recall. Had to wait longer than expected when dropping off car but once they realized the length of Positive experience. They kept me informed of process and costs. They took the time to fix other issue I mentioned when dropping off vehicle for recall part. Excellent service More
