Great buying experience Buying a new car has never been one of my favorite things to do...I always feel like I'm going to get ripped off. I definitely did not feel like that Buying a new car has never been one of my favorite things to do...I always feel like I'm going to get ripped off. I definitely did not feel like that after leaving Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh with my new Toyota Highlander Limited! I used the app Truecar.com to get some initial pricing. Since Fred Anderson offered the best deal, I went there first and never made it to the other dealers. Marvin was great to work with...no pressure and I truly felt he was looking out for my best interests. I was able to get a great deal on my Limited as it had been sitting on the lot for awhile, but it was exactly what I wanted! I will definitely shop there again and look forward to working with them on my current car. More

The salesman met us even before we were inside the showroom. He listened to what she wanted and showed us several cars and gradually narrowed her choice until she had found the exact car she wanted. Straight talk and they honir their word Went to Fred Anderson orig because they were the only dealership that gave straight answers to my questions. Emailed over 10 dealerships and Fred And Went to Fred Anderson orig because they were the only dealership that gave straight answers to my questions. Emailed over 10 dealerships and Fred And was only one who came right out and said we will do so and so. Thenwhen we went to close a deal they stuck to every word they said. This time we dealt with Marvin Cobb, salesman. Honest, polite, quick. We will stay with Fred Anderson. More

I was worried and nervous about purchasing a new vehicle. I hadn't needed to worry at all because Marvin Cobb and Bill Koelsch made the experience very easy for me. Both Marvin and Bill walked me through the entire process and now I have a wonderful new RAV4 XLE. A few days after purchasing my new car, I decided to add a few accessories, and Marvin, once again, took excellent care of me.
