2016 Toyota Corolla I went in not even knowing I was going to drive away in a brand new car all in the same day! MARVIN CAME THROUGH UPON ARRIVING AT FRED ANDERSON, WE HAD PLANNED ON LOOKING AT A PRE-OWNED SIENNA. WE WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE WHEN MY WIFE, JOY, SUGGESTED WE LOOK AT THE N UPON ARRIVING AT FRED ANDERSON, WE HAD PLANNED ON LOOKING AT A PRE-OWNED SIENNA. WE WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE WHEN MY WIFE, JOY, SUGGESTED WE LOOK AT THE NEW ONES. WE WERE LOOKING AT A 2015 SIENNA WHEN WE MET MARVIN. MARVIN SUGGESTED WE LOOK AT SOME SIENNAS ON THE BARGAIN LOT. HE TREATED US WITH GREAT COURTEOUSY AND PROFESSIONALISM. HE EXPLAINED THE LIFETIME WARRANTIES AND THE FAMILY PLAN. I FEEL AS THOUGH WE GOT A GREAT DEAL. Redeeming the brand name = great experience I purchased a 2015 Highlander Limited Platinum in my home state to drive to NC to visit relatives for the holidays. We decided we needed more room an I purchased a 2015 Highlander Limited Platinum in my home state to drive to NC to visit relatives for the holidays. We decided we needed more room and traded it in before the first payment was due. We opted for the Sienna and Marvin really helped us find the right model with all the desired features. We had to roll over some negative equity (penalty for trading in so quickly and not selecting the van the first time around) but Bill S in the Finance dept went above and beyond to get us a great deal and term. I am a long time Honda brand loyalist and this is my first venture into the Toyota products. I wasn't pleased with my initial experience but working with the team at Fred Anderson changed that for me. We drove past at least 3 Toyota dealerships to go to Fred Anderson based on a recommendation from my in-laws who bought 2 cars there in the past 5 years and it was worth the extra mileage. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More

They made it easy to purchase a new truck! First visit was a quick look. Then looked elsewhere, but came back to Fred Anderson. Marvin was easy to work with and was very helpful.
