I called Marvin on a short list of used cars and he quickly responded with details and then sent me additional photos for 2 of the cars on site. We arranged to visit the dealership later that day. We took a test drive with his 6’+ body “pretzeled” into the back of a Mini coupe, which was a challenge. I bought this car sight unseen. Sound stupid? It could have been risky. This dealership is AWSOME… Marvin went over the top to make me confident in considering this purchase. I live 1300 miles from Naples, so Marvin sent me a walk around video describing the car as he took the video. After several texts back and forth we made the transfer. After the buy I was connected to the sales mgr Joe, another great experience. Joe was also a true professional and made me feel at ease. He went through the car details and assured me it was beautiful and I wouldn’t be disappointed. All the paperwork was completed plate transfer etc. Told me it would be put away waiting for my arrival. Well, I fly into Ft Meyers on Nov 8. Joe says if I need anything please call.
