My experience with Steve Chin and Marwan was great. That said, the Manager (Sam) at Franklin Tpke location was extremely unprofessional, mocking his customer. The manager (Justin) at the Rt 17 lied a That said, the Manager (Sam) at Franklin Tpke location was extremely unprofessional, mocking his customer. The manager (Justin) at the Rt 17 lied and said something on the bill of sale was mandatory when in fact it was the customers choice. Tried to strong arm the customer. The owner was not friendly at all as well was the lady at the front desk who processes the sale. These people need to take a class in professionalism and how to treat their customers. If it wasn’t for Steve and Marwan, I would have walked out. I wouldn’t step foot back in that place!! More
