Appointment on time, comfortable waiting room. I told them that the windshield sticker was incorrect and they suggested a monitor the oil quality through the car's computer. Also sign said car wash wash not operable until further notice. I have considered their car wash/rinse a benefit and it would have been nice due to the yucky weather/car dirt. They are good but that stress they want perfect as far as expectations, not on this trip anyway. More

I had a lot of work to be done on my 2015 Honda Pilot. The service manager was very attentive to my needs and concerns. He was willing to work with me to get all the items done. He explained things as the The service manager was very attentive to my needs and concerns. He was willing to work with me to get all the items done. He explained things as they went along and how much everything would cost before they started the actual repairs. He even was willing to help me save money. I live out of town, and yes, we waited a long time but I knew that we would have a long wait from the get-go. He did what he could to speed things along so the wait wouldn't be as long. Thank you to everyone at Shottenkirk Honda. More
