I narrowed it down to 2 all wheel drive models....and let Vince see what type of deal the dealership could come up with. Honestly...I couldn't walk away. My dream car, a great price....awesome service. What a great experience. If you're looking to purchase a Lexus, Chester Springs is the dealership to go to. Purchased my first Lexus from Chester Springs through Mary Ann back in 2007. I was very satisfied with my experience that I decided to come back to Chester Springs for my 2013 RX350. Mary Ann really pays attention to her customers' needs and tries her best to get what you want and need. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mary Ann Lonnett to lease my 2013 RX 350 and really had fun working with her. She and Andrew Greim have worked with me for my last 4 Lexus vehicles. I have been a customer of Lexus of Chester Springs since they opened their doors here. Mary Ann and Andrew worked diligently to find the car I wanted and had it delivered quickly. The best part was when Mary Ann showed me all the new technology features in the 2013 model. She set up all of my settings & "accounts" for Sirius and the Nav system and demonstrated how the blind spot system works as well as the park assist tool. The next day, Mary Ann called my insurance company to transfer the insurance policy to my new car. As if that wasn't enough, she even gave me a Celine Dion CD to enjoy in my new car!
