If you want good customer service, DO NOT go to Toyota of Greensboro. My husband and I put down a deposit for a car and we’re given a delivery date - well that date kept getting pushed and pushed. Sales reps Greensboro. My husband and I put down a deposit for a car and we’re given a delivery date - well that date kept getting pushed and pushed. Sales reps left and no one even told us, we had to call to find out and get a new. They would tell us the car was at port then go back and say that it wasn’t and they didn’t know where it was. Mary Rice got involved (mind you, she is on the advisory board not the GM) and wasn’t willing to honor anything we had agreed to prior to the deposit. She gives women in authority a bad name. Since she wouldn’t honor what was agreed to, we pulled our deposit over 2.5 months after we put it down. Also, they wanted us to pay for the car sight unseen at the end of April - who does that??? Glad we didn’t give them any money. They are the worst place we’ve ever dealt with and will never do business with them again. They are rude and quite frankly, liars. Save yourself some trouble and just don’t even go there. More

My son was in a car wreck and his car was totaled. I contacted the team at Toyota of Greensboro and they jumped right on finding him a new car. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns that you may have." These are your words, Ms. Rice. I hope you stand by them. Yesterday I was lured, lied to and mistreated by the employees (mainly the ladies) in the service department at Rice Toyota. Before I got an appointment, I was assured that I will not pay for repairs to a tire I bought from Rice Toyota, that still under warranty. When I went to my appointment, I asked again, that I will not pay for removing the nail or fixing my tire. I was assured again and told that the tire is under warranty. Three hours later, waiting in a cold room, I was told that I have to pay 1/2 the price of the tire, labor and taxes...Have I been informed when I just got to the dealership, I would not agree to the service. How would you feel, with this deception, if you were in my place? I was tired, frustrated and feeling lured and deceived, I said I would not pay because I was assured many times that the tire was under warranty. The employee called the manager ( Andrew Grubbs) who was absent from the scene and he told them that I need to pay regardless. Of course the employee followed his instructions and refused to give me my car until I paid. I was forced to pay $ 204 as it was already 6:00 pm, or not get my car back to go home. I vow never to go to Rice Toyota, Where customers are mistreated and lied to. I have 3 Toyotas and I was sure to come for services but with this incident, I would never come back. I hope that you can do something about it, it is your reputation that is in line with this kind of unprofessionalism and bad customer service.
