MARY ELLEN WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY MOTHER AND FATHER WHO HAVE PURCHASED 3 EXPEDITIONS FROM HER AND ONE FOCUS. I WAS NERVOUS TO BE BUYING A CAR ON MY OWN AND FROM THE MOMENT I PICKED UP THE PHONE AND EX WHO HAVE PURCHASED 3 EXPEDITIONS FROM HER AND ONE FOCUS. I WAS NERVOUS TO BE BUYING A CAR ON MY OWN AND FROM THE MOMENT I PICKED UP THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED TO HER MY SITUATION SHE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND NEVER PRESSURED ME INTO BUYING ANYTHING THAT I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH OR 100% SATISFIED WITH.
