Our car lease with Chrysler was up on a Town and Country van. We had intended on purchasing the car but were so displeased with the performance of the Town and Country we wanted to turn it in. Chrysler was not being flexible at all in regard to the trade in and we were concerned about the cost we would incur on the return. My husband heard about the great service at Northside Ford from a friend and decided to go talk to them. What a great decision that was! Ron Sutton and Mary Ellen Martinez De Escobar worked with our particular situation and were able to take the trade in on the Town and Country and put us into a Ford Flex. Ron and Mary Ellen were super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in regard to service and customer satisfaction. This is not the typical stressful dealership relationship. It was friendly and a no haggle purchase. The pricing was extremely favorable and we were able to do a purchase vs a lease on a 7 seater vehicle which fits our families' needs. And it drives like a dream! I LOVE my FLex! Ron gave us a tour of the entire facility. Including the service department. I've never had that experience. It's clean, well organized and specialist work in different areas of expertice. They are very proud of their facility and with good reason. Ron introduced us to the General Manager and the Service Manager. Bill Andrews with the service department personally shook our hands and told us to see him for our first oil change. He also showed my husband the recall list which was "zero" for the 2010 and 2011 Flex. The T&C van had several very concerning recalls in the 3 years that we leased it. Ron should be rewarded for being a terrific representative for Ford. I believe he reflects the qualities that Ford puts into their cars - quality, hard working, and genuine. Mary Ellen was always there making sure our every need was taken care of and always with a smile. She personally called the leather Sales Manager Cathy Mumm to assist me in picking out the leather for our car seats. And Cathy was terrific to work with as well. Thank goodness she was there to give me her expert advice on the leather color. Over all, I think Ford has a gem with Northside Ford and should follow their example at other dealerships. More

Our experience at Northside Ford was excellent. We were greeted by Mary Ellen Martinez De Escobar, she was very professional and treated us very well. I am happy with the purchase of my new F-150 Lariat Super-Crew Truck and the service that was given to me and my wife.
