Mary G. did everything to make the sale and get us into the dealer from a far distance. When we arrived we were treated like we were not important because we were purchasing a Pre-Owned C class and she h the dealer from a far distance. When we arrived we were treated like we were not important because we were purchasing a Pre-Owned C class and she had a NEW S class delivery coming in later. Made promises and never came thru after the sale. Calls to the dealer asking for management resulted in no return call or follow up! Lesson learned, Get everything in writing! At least a Mercedes is a Mercedes and the car is great! More

I recently purchased a 2012 GLK from Mercedes Benz of Manhattan and had a perfect experience. My sales representative, Mary Godek, and finance manager, Andrew Buzzetta were extremely professional and mad Manhattan and had a perfect experience. My sales representative, Mary Godek, and finance manager, Andrew Buzzetta were extremely professional and made my experience a positive one. I traveled from Ohio to purchase my GLK and would certainly do so again! This was a no pressure experience and I would highly recommend MBManhattan to anyone interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. I negotiated with several dealerships in going through the purchase process and found MBManhattan to be the most competitive in terms of pricing, vehicle quality, and staff professionalism.
