I’ve tried calling a few times to see if I could get an appointment 2-3 days out and they said they were booked. Day of my appointment they were completely booked. I dropped off my truck and waited for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about 20 mins which was great. I asked how they were able to knock it out so quick and the answer was they weren’t that busy and 2 technicians worked at once. Greatly appreciated it. However, to provide the customer more flexibility and options my recommendation is to look at what is scheduled to see if you can work a vehicle in. More
