I'm Mary McClain and I'm a 1988 graduate of Caney Valley High in Ramona, OK. I've been in the automotive business for 22 years and I love it because of the customer service. I get to meet new people and help them with their needs. I'm a friendly person and I love what I do here at Orr Auto Park. I love the people I work with. They are family to me. Most of all, my husband for 28 years and my 2 children. My free time is devoted to my precious grand daughter, Harmony , and my grandson Wyatt . I enjoy life

Brought my 2022 Tahoe in to Orr-Ft Smith to have the oil changed and tires rotated. This was my first experience in the Service Dept since purchasing my vehicle several months prior. I was pleasantly surpr changed and tires rotated. This was my first experience in the Service Dept since purchasing my vehicle several months prior. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! The Service Dept personnel were prompt, courteous and friendly. My appointment was at 10:15 am and I was rolling out of the parking lot at 11:13 am. During my visit, I went to their Waiting area, which was clean and orderly with very comfortable seating. Overall, it was a great experience! More
