BUYER BEWARE!!!! Shady, shady dealership and horrendous customer service. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Horrible experience with this dealership, just as all of the other one star reviews have reported. Do not waste your time!!! I called this morning to confirm they had a specific vehicle in stock, and I even confirmed the stock number. I was told yes. After I asked a few general questions, and received vague and evasive responses from the sales associate, Jason, I was transferred to his manager, Daniel. Daniel answered a few questions, confirmed again the car was available. I set up an appointment to drive the car at 2 pm. Before I arrived, I received a text message from Maryam asking if we could communicate through text. I agreed. It was at that time I told her I was running late and I would arrive at 3 pm. She told me she would let Daniel and Jason know. I arrived at 3 pm and asked for Jason. When he approaches me, he tells me the car sold 10 minutes before I arrived. How is that possible, if I had an appointment to drive the car??!!! At some point before I arrived, I should have been contacted by Jason, Daniel or Maryam regarding the sale of the vehicle. I wholeheartedly believe this could be a bait and switch. Buyer beware. Believe the bad reviews and do not waste your time or money. More
