Overall Good Experience with a Few Hiccups Ted Britt was overall great to work with. There were a few hiccups in the process that as a consumer I found frustrating (including have to argue wit Ted Britt was overall great to work with. There were a few hiccups in the process that as a consumer I found frustrating (including have to argue with a sales manager over the price of the car that I had agreed upon after their paper work did not reflect the appropriate price that was negotiated when getting ready to sign the paper work for the car). In spite of that frustration and the fact that I had to deal with multiple sales managers on the price of the car instead of just dealin g with one, Mas was great to work with, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I wish the experience with senior management had been better, but Mas helped salvage the experience. I also appreciated the time and patience of finance represenative Donald Kim. More

I was initially contacted by Mr Vernon Crocker and began corresponding back and forth through him, which eventually brought me into the Dealership. On arrival I was introduced to Vernon who then introduced me to Mr Mas Hill. Mas immediately put me at ease as I listened to him while we walked around the sales yard. Any question I asked was answered and explained in terms that were understandable. I couldn't have been more satisfied about the decision I made. I had been searching for a car for over six weeks and was hopeless by the time I walked into Ted Britt Chevorlet of Sterling's doors. I had very specific requirements: Pre-owned, Sedan, dark color, less than 40k miles on it, power windows, remote start, and hopefully a moon roof. Well, Let me tell you- Mas delivered on every single on of those. I didn't get a sun roof, but thats just because I was so in love with car that he chose, that I didn't even care about the moon roof by the time I drove off. I work in sales myself, so I was really blown away by the excellent customer service, product knowledge, and showmanship, that Mas was able to execute in a short amount of time. I am very picky, and he saw that and worked off my requirements/needs…No questions asked. I didn't have to haggle, and I certainly did not feel like I needed to come back with "a man" to get a fair price. I love my new car!! I went with a Blue Ray Metallic, Brand-spanking-new 2014 Chevy Cruze. I'll certainly be going back there for my next car, and have already referred several friends. :) I'd call there and ask for an appointmentt with Mas. He was awesome!!! More
