Walked out with a 2014 Malibu... GREAT experience!!!!! The customer service can not be beat. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. All I have to say about the TeddBritt Chevy Dealership in Sterling is that they are a JOKE! Classic “Bait and Switch” tactic, based on an advertisement received in the mail, promising 125% of NADA trade-in Sterling is that they are a JOKE! Classic “Bait and Switch” tactic, based on an advertisement received in the mail, promising 125% of NADA trade-in value regardless of year, make, model or payoff, is what lured us in on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. My wife kept telling me that this deal was too good to be true; however, I thought it might be a good chance to be introduced to the Chevy family. So, from Fredericksburg, we made the two hour hike to Sterling to claim this advertisement and purchase an Equinox. I had contacted the dealership a couple of times, through phone and email, to make sure that this deal was legit. I confirmed with them that based upon the NADA trade-in value, my vehicle was valued as a trade-in somewhere between $24,500 and $27,500 depending on condition. They said it was a reasonable trade-in amount without having inspecting the vehicle. Additionally, we had a guarantee offer from Carmax of $26,000, which further my confidence as to the trade-in value of the vehicle. Our car salesman, Mr. Mas Hill, was very pleasant to deal with. However, it wasn’t until the other man behind the desk relayed that the vehicle was worth $21,000, based on NADA, and that $26,000 included the additional 25% increase. Even though I had previously sent a link to the value of the vehicle from NADA, which they had concluded to be reasonable and with a guarantee offer from Carmax for $26,000, they are now singing a different tone of $21,000. I can assure you that the condition of the vehicle is good. The man behind the desk then increased the offer to $28,000 and proceeded to tell me that he was offering me quote “One heck of a deal” and that I should take it. “One heck of a deal” would be to honor your word (aka, advertisement), but I guess that is too much to ask. That’s a bunch of BS to the tenth degree. Thanks, Chevy, for wasting a beautiful Sunday with my family for your big crock of lies. I should send you an invoice for a tank of gas for having to sit on 95 for a bunch of nothing. As my wife would tell me, “Stay away from Sh__ty Chevy”. Lesson Learned! More

It was a good experience. Not all the hassle of going back in forth negotiating a price. Gave me a price I agreed on. My man Mas was friendly. He made my experience go well. 1st off, Mas was very helpful to my husband during the negotiations. When I came in to test drive, Mas warmly greeted me and seemed as excited as I was about driving the Volt. I fell in love with the car negotiations. When I came in to test drive, Mas warmly greeted me and seemed as excited as I was about driving the Volt. I fell in love with the car immediately. Before the end of the afternoon, I had a beautiful, prepped car to drive. Eddie and Mas sat with me in the car and explained all the features, answered all my questions, set up my Bluetooth and OnStar. The next day, Mas called me to make sure everything was still good. And it is! I have never been so pleased with a car-buying experience. More

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received at Ted Britt in Sterling. From the minute I was looking through my bank, Sharde communicated with me quickly, warmly and without p service I received at Ted Britt in Sterling. From the minute I was looking through my bank, Sharde communicated with me quickly, warmly and without pressure to assist me in finding what I wanted. I was inquiring at another dealer initially but Ted Britt quickly surpassed the other dealer with their customer service to win me over Sharde connected me quickly to Mas, who personally oversaw every single detail, like a proud father, to make sure I was content. I am so thrilled and proud to highlight how fantastic he was. I would absolutely recommend and return to Mas and Ted Britt to buy again. I am also very grateful for Omar's no pressure assistance in providing a more competitive price than the other dealer. He was very friendly, it didn't feel at all like a car sales transaction, no back and forth, standoffishness, smoke and mirrors dealings that is typical with the car buying process. I am very content and thankful for the positive experience. It renews my faith in customer service that at times, seems to have fallen by the waist side at businesses. More

this was by far the best car buying experience I've had. They were very friendly and really worked with us to get us where we wanted to be price wise.
