We were looking for a BMW X Series for our daughter. We gave Steve very particular criteria that we wanted. About six weeks later, he called us with a vehicle that he thought fit the bill. We drove there that evening, granted we live 100 miles away from Yark in COLDWATER, MICHIGAN, we test drove the car and signed the papers that evening. Now, that is GREAT SERVICE! How wonderful that Steve kept his eye out for exactly what we were looking for and followed through by informing us about the vehicle. We keep coming back to Yark when we want to purchase a BMW even though we have a closer BMW Dealership to us in KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN and we ALWAYS ask for STEVE MESSENGER to be our salesman. We also had a very nice young man, MASON, go over the vehicle and its features with us. He was lovely to work with. In addition, we worked with ADAM MALLET on the financing end of things. This is the first time we dealt with Adam and he was great, not only professional, but knowledgable and really nice! Finally, we also work with your fantastic service team as well. We actually have a total of six BMW's with this new purchase. The guys, KEITH, DAVE, JOHN & KYLE are sincerely a pleasure to deal with. So I must say, that we are a BMW family that includes Yark BMW into our family with all the amazing people who work with us with all of our BMW needs. More

I wanted to see and drive a SUV plugin hybrid, and BMW of Toledo was the only dealer which had one available not only in Toledo, but in other cities I had checked. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to test drive the car and even allowed to keep it overnight since I was very concerned about it fitting in my garage. Steve Messinger was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. He certainly accommodated my every need, was very patient with me and treated me with honesty and respect. His main concern was to be sure that I was a highly satisfied customer. After my purchase, Mason Bryan took as much time as needed to go over all aspects of the X5 Hybrid and explain all of its features. Mason was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining everything about the car. More
