The sales manager told me that the dealership no longer had that policy, however, I informed him that wasn't what his sales representative told me. I informed the sales manager that he needs to retrain his sales staff so that they will not tell customers erroneous information. The sales manager agreed to allow me to exchange the vehicle for a different one but it took 6 days for the full transfer to take place. That being said, I was without a car to drive because I couldn't drive the original car any longer to keep from putting miles on it. More
