Mathew"Mat in the Hat" Bland has lived in the Yakima Valley most of his life with a short absence to attend the University of Arizona. Mat enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his beautiful wife and four children, a daughter, and three sons. When Mat is not at work, or with his family, he spends his time enjoying one of the region's many Golf courses. He has been with Subaru since 2004 and has dedicated his career to making sure that his customers have an experience "Far above Expectations", Before, During, and Long after the sale. Mat In the Hat Mat was absolutely awesome! He seemed to genuinely care for myself and my fiancée. He kept the process interesting and made sure we were taken care of Mat was absolutely awesome! I would recommend that during the paperwork, that the detail department wash the vehicle one more time to ensure a clean delivery. I did feel the need to wash it after leaving the dealership. That is my only gripe. More

Fourth buy here, but First Brand New Car I called Becky ahead of time, to discuss my interest in trading in my 2012 Forester, for a 2018 Forester. We agreed on a time, and upon arrival, we st I called Becky ahead of time, to discuss my interest in trading in my 2012 Forester, for a 2018 Forester. We agreed on a time, and upon arrival, we started discussing my preferences and options. She had one already in mind, so I test drove it, while she inspected my trade. We started the paperwork and negotiations as soon as we returned. The 2018 Premium, has such desired pleasant road noise reduction compared to my 2012 X, not to mention so many extras. The whole trade in/new purchase process went quite friendly, professional, and timely. We worked out a good trade in price and new purchase price, leaving me feeling that we had made a fair deal with minimal stress. Myself and my two girls, left eager to take our first adventure the following day to Seattle, which was such a nicer drive in our new car. We then when camping that same weekend. What a great start with our new ride! This is my fourth car purchased from this dealership in the past 25 years, but this is the first NEW car. More

Nice people, nice cars, nice place This visit was for routine service on our 2016 Crosstrek. However, I hit a couple of holes on the Skate Creek Road . . . (Packwood to Mt. Rainier) . . . and so made sure they would be checking. The folks were busy and an alignment had to be wedged in, because I live an hour away, and didn't wish to make another trip.
