I’ve always been to the dealership since I bought the car brand new in 2018, it just sad, annoying and disappointing that this could not be repaired in a timely manner.

I went in for an oil change and asked for a splash shield
replacement. Oil change was completed but the splash shield was not discussed with me and it was not replaced. The damaged part was left in my trunk.
