5 MONTH CHECK I took my car in for a 5 month warranty checkup. I got there 45 minutes early and they took me immediately. The service person was extremely friendl I took my car in for a 5 month warranty checkup. I got there 45 minutes early and they took me immediately. The service person was extremely friendly and explained what they did to my car in great detail. My husband and I have purchased 3 Toyota's from Woburn Motors using the same sales representative. We have always been very satisfied and impressed with all of the service we have gotten from the initial sales, financial and follow-up service. We have and will highly recommend this dealership. More

Scam artists Went in for basic check and called next day there was 3,600+ in repairs. I paid $135 for a diagnostic test and wasn’t given the error codes. I knew the were full of it and took it to two other shops and both confirmed the same thing. I then showed them Woburn paperwork and everything was checked they reported needed immediate attention had zero issues. My $3,600+ cost me $243 dollars. I purchased 3 cars from them and definitely that will be it. More

They are not only the BEST dealership but one of the BEST businesses that I have dealt with (and I am a CPA and deal with hundreds of companies). They are honest, ethical, totally fair and very professional. The service advisors are OVER THE TOP great. Mike is THE most honest, friendliest and most knowledgeable professionals that I have dealt with. I do not typically do these type of reviews, but for WFM, I will make an exception. And, my 2006 Toyota Avalon has 356K miles and has been serviced only at WFM and still running. I just bought a 2017 Avalon from Hany and he was also fantastic. Highly recommend More

Tire trouble and routine maintenance I really like the way toyota takes care of my routine maintenance on my new sienna. My only disappointment was that when I asked them to check my tir I really like the way toyota takes care of my routine maintenance on my new sienna. My only disappointment was that when I asked them to check my tire , which had a slow leak. he recommended a new one because there was a quarter inch star bit stuck in the tire and your patches for that repair weren't that much bigger. So I ended up being charged for a brand new tire. Wish I didn't do that. Should've taken it to a gas station instead. More
