Desiree in financing broke ever buyers, we were hesitant at first. But Matt was very caring and patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We will be buying all our Toyota cars from Imperial . Matt listened to what we wanted and came across completely honest. He did not try to upsell us to something we did not ask about. Matt even set off the car alarm in the showroom just so we could find the car. Desiree did a great job with the financing and provided all options so we could make an informed decision.
