I was always impressed by there sales and service, and thought no other dealer could match them. Guess what? I was wrong). So I thought I would shop around before I leased my next Lexus and try out a few other cars and dealerships. I went to Audi, Infiniti, Volvo and overall was not especially impressed by their sales associates or vehicles. While having lunch with my wife one Saturday in Larchmont, I passed by Acura of Westchester, and I figured what the heck. As soon as I walked in, I knew this dealership was something special. I was greeted by Matt and Jon and I was blown away by their professionalism and patience as I told them what kind of vehicle I was looking for. They were extremely knowledgeable and it was a no pressure atmosphere; answering all my questions and doing everything in their power to make sure I understood everything they were saying about the car. Well, I turned to my wife and said, "I'm definitely buying here.” After a test rive, I leased a 2016 RDX with the advance package. The Best Car Buying Experience Ever! This is my third car. My first two cars were finanaced. This particular car is leased. This was by far the best car buying (leasing) experience ever. This is my third car. My first two cars were finanaced. This particular car is leased. This was by far the best car buying (leasing) experience ever. Matt, is the man! He was very personable yet very professional. He was very genuine and seemed more interested in what I wanted than the actual sale. He went through things step by step with me and kept me abreast of the process all the way up until I picked up my vehicle. He took the time to make sure I knew and understood the basics of the vehicle and even made sure my safety features were activated before I drove off of the lot. I can go on and on about how amazing my experience was but one would need to check it out for themselves to really understand how great it was. Did I mention that I LOVE THIS CAR.
