Just plain easy I went into Acura of Westchester after having a bad experience at another metro area Acura dealer. I sat down with Matt, and within 10minutes, he and I went into Acura of Westchester after having a bad experience at another metro area Acura dealer. I sat down with Matt, and within 10minutes, he and Frankie agreed to my numbers. From that point on, no surprises, no changes, no back-pedaling, no timeline changes, nothing. Spent under an hour finalizing the deal and then less than 30min picking up the car a few days later. Matt even procured my preferred color from another dealer after me agreeing originally to find something on the lot. Easy, straightforward, and honest. And Matt is extremely courteous as well. Not sure what more you can want from a car dealer. More

My salesperson Matt Belov was very informative and helpful. He gave me an overview of the TLX including features plus leasing options. Knowing that I was shopping other vehicles, Matt wasn't very pushy and let me shop around. He was confident the TLX was the best value for the money and I would return; and he was right! I worked with Matt and got a great price and an even better car! On the day of pickup Matt was off, however his business partnet Jose Crespo was equally helpful. A few days after my purchase, Matt followed up to see how things were going and if I needed anything. That level of courtesy and attention to detail is what makes this dealership so great. I'd recommend Matt and everyone else at Acura of Westchester for great a price and service. More

Customer Service Done Right Our experience this weekend with Acura of Westchester was fantastic! We worked with Nick and Matt and couldn't be happier with our new ILX. They made us feel comfortable from the get-go, Matt greeted us at the door on Saturday am, offered us water & coffee and got to work. He is a huge hockey guy, so we wanted to buy a car from him off the bat! We actually had walked into The dealership thinking a preowned was all that we could afford, but Nick made us realize that a preowned ILX was just not what we were looking for. He talked to us realistically and understood that we were young, just married, and settling into our finances, and wanted a car that would be our first family car. We then worked with Matt with our test drive, and from there we were sold. Matt and Nick worked with us on a leasing package and with our trade in, and we just couldn't be happier with the level of customer service we received during our time at Acura of Westchester. I felt like I was a veteran Acura owner when in fact I was a rookie. Our first Acura and I can tell you that I will never drive another car again! Acura of Westchester was the best! More
