Horrible experience at this dealership and had decided that I wasn't going to buy a Volvo as a result of that experience! Corporate got involved and sent me information to connect with other dealers. Hats that I wasn't going to buy a Volvo as a result of that experience! Corporate got involved and sent me information to connect with other dealers. Hats off to Zach Miller-Hogg and Ashley Bush of Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia! I started communicating with Zach online and he was always attentive and answered all my questions. Whenever I wanted information or pictures he sent them right to me. I still couldn't get over my experience at Marietta and started looking at a Lexus SUV. I decided to leave the Lexus dealership and go by and actually meet Zach and just see if my experience online matched in-person. He was busy but assigned Ashley Bush to me to help while I was there. Their customer service matched what I received online and as a result, they pulled me back into the Volvo spirit and I walked away with my Volvo XC60 Inscription that day. They beat the offer at Volvo Cars of Marietta and at both Lexus dealerships. Despite the distance for some, please bypass Marietta and go see them at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia and let them be your Volvo dealership. More

I worked with Giovani, but i bought ny car because Matt helped us out. I definitely give credit to Matt. And Bill for helping me with the volvo on call set up.
