I spoke with a sales person while I was waiting this last time, and the gentleman was not pushing me to the service department at this dealership. Tom Wood Toyota in Whitestown, IN, welcomed me on Dec. 28, 2020, not to browse-.but to buy a new car..I was referred to them by a Lead Tech at another Toyota dealership..I had never been to this dealersh 28, 2020, not to browse-.but to buy a new car..I was referred to them by a Lead Tech at another Toyota dealership..I had never been to this dealership before.. The sales person listened to my needs . I wanted a Plain -Jane car with no upgrades, no frills, no expensive options..I did not receive any pressure at all to look at a higher priced car..They were willing to take in my 2012 Camry with 120,000 miles as a trade in. . In 2 days I bought a 2021 Toyota Carolla and drove it home on Dec. 31, 2020. I love the car.. I intend to bring the car back to Tom Wood Toyota for future service needs.. More
