I had been wanting a Tacoma for a few years and putting off going to a dealership because I wasn’t sure if I could get financing and I haven’t had great experiences with buying from a dealer in the past. Matt Brown was awesome from the start by not being pushy. He was laid back yet went above and beyond to help me get set up in my dream Toyota Taco. Devin stepped in with the financing and had everything set up for me in no time so I was able to drive off in the sunset. If you have a high standard for honesty, integraty, attention to detail, and expect true commitment to delivering exactly what you want and them seeing it through then go to Tom Wood Toyota and ask for Matt Brown. As a Marine Corps veteran and the son of a former Nashville, TN dealership owner I know exactly what high standards looks like. After shopping around at other central Indiana Toyota dealerships we were pleasently shocked by what we experience in dealing with Matt Brown. I can't speak for the rest of the Tom Wood sales department, but Matt Brown is old school customer service perfected in today's world. My dad would've been extremely happy to have him on his sales team and after our experience I consider Matt Brown to be a friend that I would be happy to return a favor to anytime. More
