Great dealership - Professional and Friendly people After 2 months I moved from Italy to the US I was looking for a car lease and although I thought it was an easy process, actually it is not. Find the good car and deal for me was so easy thanks to the expertise and professionalism of the people at Humes. Getting the lease approved was tough instead because of the too short credit history in the US and many other constraints that and expat brings with him. When I thought I was not going to get the car anymore, Matt and Eddie did something that other dealership didn't even try to do: they helped me to find a processes that worked out for me and they helped me to go through the process to get the lease approved and finally get the car I wanted. I made a long story short (almost a 2 weeks effort), but I believe it is enough to say that at Humes I met people that are willing to made an extra effort to make me happy and always made me feel welcome. More

Another great experience I have been buying from Humes for several years and several vehicles but this experience was by far the best. While my 2013 300 C was in the shop for I have been buying from Humes for several years and several vehicles but this experience was by far the best. While my 2013 300 C was in the shop for minor repair there was a fire in the building and my car suffered smoke damage. They were quick to make sure I had everything I needed and provided me with a loaner. Even helped me get things out of my vehicle and arrange for the insurance to work quickly to replace my vehicle as it was a total loss. Although my insurance company did not pay me enough to get a new 300 Humes was able to find me a 2015 with extremely low mileage that fit perfect in my budget not only do I love the Chrysler 300 and all of its features but can't imagine purchasing from another dealer I'm glad you survived the fire. My wife's lease is up in a year so we will see you soon. More
