What an amazing experience! I had picked out a car at another dealer and was waiting for my trade to come back from the shop. Got my trade back scheduled my appointment to buy, 2 I had picked out a car at another dealer and was waiting for my trade to come back from the shop. Got my trade back scheduled my appointment to buy, 20 minuets later I was told it was already sold! I started looking around for a similar vehicle and found a couple at Ricart. I called and spoke to Matt Dizbrow and set a time to come in to look. Not only did Matt have the cars available he took the time to go over something’s the other dealer left out. He also was able to find me a car better interest rate and made this a very easy and smooth purchase! Thanks a lot Matt! Highly recommend Matt at Ricart and will definitely call him again when we need another vehicle! More

They guys were informational and made my visit very easy As a woman, it has been my experience of salesmen trying to get "over" on us. My visit with Matt Disbow was the opposite. This Is How Customer Service Is Done Found A vehicle I liked online. Went and spoke to Rick on Thursday night and thought about it for a couple of days and came back on Saturday, and mad Found A vehicle I liked online. They made it simple, no pressure, and were extremely kind. It was one of the best purchases I have ever made. Liars and Fraudulent So after being pursued I called to get another car from Ricart. Went today only to find out the car they sold me 2 years ago had been in an accident i So after being pursued I called to get another car from Ricart. Went today only to find out the car they sold me 2 years ago had been in an accident in the past and would only give 1500 towards trade. When I bought the car I was told it was a clean Carfax!!!!! So they sold me a car under fraudulent terms AND then would only give me a low amount?! I was told by salesman that the accident hadn't been reported yet. Nice try!! Accident was 2010 and bought the vehicle in 2014!!! NEVER USE RICART!! Call to my attorney is next!! More
